Panagiotis Gkorezis is Assistant Professor in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He holds a bachelor degree from the department of Economics and a master degree from Lancaster University in the field of Human Resource Management. In addition, he has completed his doctorate and his postgraduate research in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. His papers have been published in various academic journals such as Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Human Performance, The International Journal of Human Resource Management, Management Decision, Leadership and Organization Development Journal. His research interests focus on leadership, high-performance work practices, psychological empowerment, and both interpersonal relationships and humor in the workplace.

Stamatia Michalopoulou is a member of the Laboratory Teaching Staff at School of German Language and Philology, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh). She is a graduate of the same department, holds an MA in Applied Linguistics and a PhD in Psycholinguistics from the Department of Linguistics, School of Philology, AUTh. Her research interests lie in the areas of (second and third) language acquisition, bi/-multilingualism and bilingual education. She has participated in various research projects focusing on bi/-multilingualism and taught in several postgraduate programs. She has presented her research in national and international conferences and she has published her work in refereed journals and conference proceedings.

Konstantinos G. Bikos is a professor at the School of Philosophy and Education, for the academic subject "School Pedagogy and New Technologies". He is Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and Director of the "Microteaching Laboratory” of the School of Philosophy and Pedagogy. He has several years of experience from educational and research programs, while he acted as director of the 2nd Regional Teachers’ Training Center (PEK) of Thessaloniki for a decade. His scientific and research interests focus on social relations and the interaction taking place in the school classroom, on initial teacher education and the role of the teacher, as well as on the debate pertained to the introduction of computers in education.

Naoum Mylonas is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Tourism of the Ionian University in the field "Entrepreneurship in the Creative and Cultural Industries". He holds a doctoral degree (PhD) from the Department of Economic Sciences of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) in the field of entrepreneurship. Also, BA in Economics from AUTH, MSc in "Development Management" at the London School of Economics (LSE) and MSc in "International and European Economic Studies - European Economic Policy" at the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). Since 2018, he has been teaching in the interdepartmental postgraduate programs of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH): "Business Administration and Information Systems" and "Languages, Communication and Management of Education Services in the modern social, economic and technological environment". From 2022, he teaches at the DPMS of the Ionian University "Digital Technologies in Hospitality and Tourism Management".

Susana Padeliadu was born in Thessaloniki and she is Professor of Special Education - Learning Disabilities at the Department of Philosophy and Pedagogy, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She did her undergraduate studies in Greece and specialized in Learning Disabilities in the USA, where she worked as a researcher. In Greece, she has been teaching at the university since 1991. During her academic career, she worked for 10 years at the Department of Primary Education, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, 10 years at the Department of Special Education, University of Thessaly and since 2012 she has been working at the Department of Philosophy and Pedagogy at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Dr. Padeliadu has participated in many funded research projects as well as in large-scale professional training programs in the field of Specific Learning Disabilities. Her research include issues relevant to screening, diagnosis and treatment of Specific Learning Disabilities and in particular Dyslexia. Furthermore, her research and work focuses on supporting students with Special Educational Needs in general education classrooms, in the context of differentiated instruction. She has been particularly involved in the preparation of general and special education teachers, she is the author of four books on the subject and has published over 100 articles in Greek and international journals.

Dr. Stamovlasis, is an Associate Professor of Research Methodology and Applied Statistics. His research interests are interdisciplinary and they focus: on methodological and epistemological issues of contemporary social sciences that improve theory building; on nonlinear dynamics (complexity, catastrophe theory, entropy, and related fields) and their application to social, behavioral and life sciences; on specific research endeavors in the area of educational research concerning latent variable theory, neo-Piagetian theories, learning, science education, problem solving, creativity and group dynamics. He published numerous research articles in peer-reviewed journals, he served as a reviewer and guest editor in the Special Issues focused on Complex Dynamical Systems in Education, and he is an Editorial Board Member of the journal Complexity and the journal Nonlinear Dynamics, Psychology and Life Sciences. Also he is interested in Research Ethics and Deontology Issues.

Konstantinos Chatzidimou is Associate Professor of Language Teaching Methodology, School of German Language and Literature, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh), Greece. He graduated from the AUTh (School of Philology, specialization in Linguistics) and has an MA and a PhD in Education Sciences. He has taught undergraduate and graduate courses at various Greek universities and at the Heidelberg University of Education (Germany). His scientific and research interests are focused on issues of Language Teaching Methodology, Teacher Education, Intercultural Education, Educational Research and Pedagogical Lexicography. He is proficient in English, German, French and Turkish.
